Colour order in Charts

Problem with charts in SCR 8 (developer)
I have a chart in the group footer section of a report, however, crystal does not apply the colouring consistently eg in Group footer one, Jan sales are red, in Group footer 2 , Jan sales are blue. Result - unhappy users

Any ideas?
