Colour of Fonts

We have a user who has poor eye sight and finds it difficult to view his Lotus Notes.
We have changed the default settings on Windows, but his Lotus Notes still displays all the text in black.
Is there anyway we can change the default text from black to say blue for his entire Lotus Notes, not just new memo's.

From what I have found so far, I can only change the font itself in the FILE> PREFERANCES> USER PREFERANCES area under general, I see nothing about the color though, sorry I can't be of more help.
