Colour Management HELP?

Hi, i have just completed a large brochure for a very important client, I have just loaded it up and this errore message came up

"This document doeas not have an embedded RGB profile
How do you want to proceed?
- leave as is(use current working space)
- assign current working space: adobe RGB (1998)
- assign profile"

This is my first brochure have i done something wrong? what should i do? and what workspace should i be assigned to? This is going to the printers tommorrow. a little worried.

Just to let you know its a 2 spot pantone colour brochure and im working in CS

OK someone has informed me tha i must have turned on colour management when i was working on the project so that is why im getting the error message.
