colour events in outlook calender month view

in a month view of calendar can i chnge the colour of the events to reflect the category that they are, i.e red text or background for pay days category, blue text or background for event in the holiday category etc

all help appreciated

What version of Outlook are you using? I know you can do it in XP/2002.

currently using outlook 2000 SR1 but have the option to upgrade to 2002 if needed. some machiens on our netwrok run this so any repsonse would be helpfull
