Colour discrepancy between PS tiffs and InDesign Doc

I am importing (flat) Tiffs into an InDesign book that have originally created in photoshop.
In some files the colour comes our faded/greyed when placed in the indesign file. Colour prints fine from the PSD and Tiff, but not from the ID file.
This also happens when placing an EPS.
Any ideas on how to fix this or what the problem could be?

...verify your color management settings in the print dialogue...
