Colors in the Photoshop file are different than jpg?

Suddenly one day, for no apparent reason my photoshop files all changes colors. This problem does not occure in the ImageReady program...only Photoshop. Sure does make it difficult to set colors, I'm always having to save to JPG or open in ImageReady to see the final color. I've reinstalled ...no luck.

Anyone ever experience this ?

lrguy, rerun adobe gamma from the control panel. photoshop's color managed, most apps on your system are not, so a bad/invalid color profile will show up in ps, but not in Image Ready or say, Internet Explorer (or Mozilla!)
