coloring buttons 1

i was wondering if there is a way to color buttons on your access forms. i know you can give it a background image but then you cant put text on the button. any info on this is appreciated.

Instead of using a button Use a label and give it a raised effect to look like a button. For cosmetics you could always put on the OnClick event for the label to go flat then Raise again to look like an actuall button click. This will allow you to add back ground color. Dave
