Coloring a picture

I am relatively new to flash. I would like to know how can we scan a pic and color it in flash.

Any help on cartooning with flash please?

Hi,

I would suggest to scan the pic, load it into flash and then use the pen tool to create outlines of whatever image it is which you can then drag and adjust, fill with the paint bucket etc...
