colored image comes out as black&white

hi gurus
from print preview, the image is in color but when i print it, it comes out black and white. i have set my okic5100n to auto color but to no avail.
please help. ta

What are you printing and from what application? Is this a FoxPro question?

Sounds like you need to make a setting in the printer driver. I don't know your particular printer, but in my HP 410, if I go into the printer's property sheets, I see a checkbox "Print in grey scale" which I have to de-select in order for the printing to be in colour. You might have something similar.

i tried printing with another printer and i can get color prints. so i presume it is the oki. i have to play with its menu settings then. tks.
