Color Swatch/Conversion Issues

We are running into a strange color problems. Some color swatches cannot be removed from the palette (not colors that are in use, or at least as far as we know) while we have another that shows up as white, but in actuality is a red. Does anyone know how to locate where the color is in use? Any help would be appreciated.

Some swatch issues were resolved in the 2.0.2 update.

To locate where the rogue ink appears, you can print a separation for that ink to file and then view the distilled PDF.
