i have my monitors colors calibrated , i know that there right. and photoshop will open something in the right colors, and create it in the right colors, but when i go save for web or any kind of save, It changes the colors on me, exports an image with much lighter colors than it should have. I haven't been able to fix it can anybody help

What type of image format are you saving these files in? GIFs can have only a limited number of colours, so some may have to be thrown out during the conversion. JPGs compress images so that colours also will be lost in the conversion.
