I doing a research on color laser printer. I have a staff that prints 1000 color letters 2 or 3 times a week. Does anyone have any recommendation?

Kev, as a "specialist", you should do the research!
You need 3000 pgs.a week. Look into the Xerox product line. For toner based, or solid ink, {way better color!} prices start at 500 bucks. For a HP injet, your wasting your money. Go with an HP CLJ 3600.
