We have historically done most of our work out of Quark and are beginning to dabble in InDesign. We are, however, having problems getting good color quality out of InDesign. In photos, our skin tones are grainy - colors too vibrant. I'm certain there is a setting we are missing somehow, but really am at a loss for which one. (Note, we have created test files in a variety of applications including Quark, Photoshop, InDesign, PDFs of all the above, using the same graphics.)

Thanks.

I would suggest that your colour profile is set up wrong, I would match it to whatever your Photoshop profile is.

That's part of the beauty of InDesign...the fact that you can match all of you Adobe products (colour profile wise) so you do get the same result either going from Photoshop or Illustrator to InDesign to Acrobat
