Color Laserjet 4700 marbling

Recently my HP Color Laserjet 4700 has started to print a light purple marble pattern on every sheet that is printed (color or B/W).

I've take the fuser out and cleaned up the purple residue on the printer and the fuser. I've also wiped down the rubber roller on the transfer belt as it appears to have that pattern on it.

The supplies status page says the fuser and transfer belt are above 90%, so I don't think it is that.

Anyone have any suggestions?

My guess would be that it is the Magenta and/or Cyan toners. Probably there is a wiper blade within that has hardened and isn't wiping the drum clean. YMMV
