Color Laserjet 4550dn not printing Cyan

My 4550dn was working great then Bam no cyan. No error messages. Cyan toner cartriage not empty. How do I solve this problem? Are parts still available for repair?
Can a faulty switch be disconnected and printer still operate normal?

hp 4550 not printing cyan. I have customer wanting their jobs and all I have is a broken HP. Is there anyone with any clue that can help with this problem. PLEASE, running out of time.

try a spare cyan cart.. make sure its HP and not a knock off...

I would venture a guess and say its not a "faulty switch
