color laserjet 4500dn prints blank landscape pages

Hi, I have a networked HPLJ 4500dn printer, and a user running WinXP Pro. when she prints a job in landscape orientation to this printer, the page comes out blank. Any job from the same or any other program in portrait orientation prints fine. demo pages and windows test pages print fine. We tried replacing the transfer kit, but it didn't help. I am very frustrated! Any advice would be appreciated.

Try and make a standalone install on the WinXP PC with new drivers downloaded from HP.com and point directly to the IP of the printer (unless connected to parallel cable...) If you have to share it by a server, use a point and print bundle driver on that server.
