Depending on the model, it could be a formatter, input assemply, or even a transfer roller.
What model do you have? I will try to find out more info from the manufacture for you.

Support says to check to make sure the protective tape is removed from the toners.
I would take out the drum and all the colors, and reseat them.
also make sure the print head isn't loose. The knowledge data base doesnt have much on the Docuprint C55. Might need to call the local service center.
