I'm trying to use flash in a vb program on windows 95 operating system. The regsvr32 failed to install swflash.ocx because of an entry point something

A guy I work with has been having a simular problem, but under a Windows 98 enviroment. Nobody seems to have any idea of what causes this error, so I am also searching because curiousity has got me going.

windows me, aswell ,it closes the explorer when trying to preview a movie with a picture in it !
