I am using Access 2000. I would like to run a report that would return the following information in one specific field.
If the query returns the word "good" in the field, I want the color of the word "good" to be the color blue. If the query returns the word "bad" in the field, I want the color of the word "bad" to be the color red. If there is any other word in this field the text should be the color black.

Any help would be much, much appreciated.

Ok,

Go to your report, open it in design view,

Click on the field you want...

Then select FORMAT on top toolbar, NOT RIGHT CLICK THEN THE FORMAT TAB...

There will be a thing called conditional format, it is specific to whatever field you have selected.

You can enter everything there, very straightforward..

Hope this helps,

Jeremy

It worked like a charm! I knew I could count on Tek-tips for the answer. What a time saver.
