Hi Guys. Question regarding Symposium v4.2, Web Client

In Real-Time Reporting, there's a 'Standard Agent Display' report and one of the fields is 'OUTBOUND CALL FIELD'. The value for this filed is either 'Active' or blank. I have a departmental supervisor who thinks the world would be a better place if these values could be color coded. In particular, a big red entry for 'Active'. Is this possible? Or would it involve bespoke programming of some sort?

Thanks for your time

ACD Max you could customize terminal displays and highlight thresholds and activity; however I've only seen aftermarket readerboards, wallboards and terminal displays that could. (Skilview, inovasolutions etc.)

Hi,

a way can be to use an graphical rtd:
Agent maps
Agent maps are graphical displays that use blocks or rectangular icons to represent agents in the call center. Each block contains details about the agent,
such as the agents name, logon ID, time in state, and current agent state.
The box background color represents the agent state, while the text color if other than black represents a threshold level (the box must be maximized to see the text).

Thanks, but what's a graphical rtd? Is it a display device? The supervisor in question just has a monitor mounted where all can see it, and it is fed by a second graphic card in her PC. She has the Real-Time report constantly running.

The box background color for the agent state is exactly what we want to do though. Can you give any more info? Preferably in the form of step by step instructions!!!
