Hi All,

Just a question regarding the datasheet subform. Is there a way to change the back ground color of the empty space after the form from dark gray. I hate this color so much.....

How are ya EasyOnly . . .

Change the [blue]BackColor[/blue] property of the [blue]section[/blue] where the subform resides.

All is well.

I am not talking about the actual form but the background behind the form.

my subform is very small and when you scroll to the side, the gray background color appears.

Thanks

I am referring to the dark gray color in access. when you view table, you will see background color gray....

when I go to start>program>microsoft access, when access open, the gray color shows.....

That same color i see in my small subform when I scroll all the way to the side or to the buttom.

Thanks

Independently open the subform is design view. Then click the detail section and change the [blue]Back Color[/blue]. This is just a test. Save & open the form.

Is this what your after?

Good Call ... although I know of it, the MDI never crossed my mind ... I got stuck with the scrolling!

Worth a pinky, and I hope [blue]EasyOnly[/blue] picks up on it! [thumbsup2]

AceMan, thanks. I used Stephen's method on a project long time ago. It was pretty cool, though the quirks he mentioned did pop up now an again.
