hello!:

I'm new using corel draw and i'm making a logo for a web page.... i now have the logo, but what i want to do is to make it have no background color so i can use it in a flash animation. Here are the things that i have done so far:

1: Converted to a bitmap with no background color
2: Saved it as a JPG and GIF

But every time i open it, the same thing happens it has a white back ground!!!!!.....

Any ideas?... Oh by the way i'm using Corel Draw 12.

Thanx!

Quaked,

Jpeg's don't support transparent backgrounds.
Gif's do, you will get a transparency option when you export.
Select the transparency\image color button then the pick tool and click on the colour you want to be transparent.

However, if you want to get it into Flash you can export as a eps, ai or wmf. This way it's still a vector. You can even try copy/paste special.

Hope that helped.
