Color Background Differences

I created a dialog with the Dialog Editor in Lotus 123. How can I avoid Lotus 123 showing one color for the text background and another for the dialog background, if they are the same color? This happens to me under Windows 2000, but not under Windows NT. I found out this problem when updating my machine from Windows NT to Windows 2000.
