One of our color 4500's had the transfer kit retaining images from the previous page. Printer shows 65% Transfer kit life remaining. Replaced transfer kit and the output problems are gone, but how do I reset the transfer kit page count to reflect that it was replaced since the printer does not think that the transfer kit was expired. Under resets there is no reset present for the transfer kit.

Thanks!

In order to correct the page count for the transferbelt (ITB) you need to enter into Service mode.
Accessing the service mode:
1) Hold down [Cancel Job] and [Select] while powering turning the
printer on until the display is blank and the 3 LEDs are on.
2) Press the right side of the [Menu +] key, and then press [Select].
SERVICE MODE will be displayed on the front panel briefly followed by
two rows of asterisks. The printer will go through its normal start-up
cycle, and then display SERVICE MODE on the front panel again.
3) Press the [Item] key until transfer maintenance count is displayed.
4) Press the [Value +/–] key to set the number.
5) Press [Select] to save.
