Colon in value 1

Hi all

I have the following element <name>Great Britian: London</name>. According to spec, I have to display the colon :-( and the XML parser doesn't like it. Is there any xml encoding value I can pass instead of the colon like an ampersand would be & amp? (Without the space or else it wouldn't display properly :-Q)

You could use the ascii value, which is &#58;

Failing that, put the whole thing within a CDATA tag as such:

<name> <![CDATA[Great Britain: London]]> </name>
