Collections conflict

Odd isssue here......my "all systems" collection will report a client as being assigned to the site and having the client installed.....if I create a new collection, that same client in the new collection will report in as not being part of a site, and not having the client installed.

I have tried re-installing the client, detecting the site, updating collections, and general waiting for sms. Anyone run into this before?

I have never seen that before. Does the machine appear twice in the all systems collection? Maybe one of the records is valid and the other is decommissioned.

Do you have full rights within SMS?
