Is it possible to create an collection of objects in C# that contain records from a SQL 2000 database and pass the collection in as the DataSource for the report? I am using Crystal 9 and have been able to successfully pass in a DataSet but have been asked to create the report without the use of a DataSet but rather a collection of objects. I was thinking that I could create a Field Definition File (ttx) manually with the fields but apparently I'm missing something and cannot find an example of creating the ttx file in C# (I see lots of examples for VB). I have built up my collection but when I pass it to the report (currently only one field), I don't get any data on the report, even though the collection contains the correct data.
