Hi Guys,

I would like to set up a group mail box but I am told that BCM 50 can be very difficult to set up a group mail box? With each user having to log in and out each day.

So I was thinking that the only other option is to let users collect mail from another Extension. Can this be possible on the BCM. I cant seem to find a feature.

Would anyone have any suggestions

Thanks

A group mailbox is to send a message to all in that group.
i.e. create mailbox # 901, add members of the group, when you leave 901 a message it broadcasts the message to all those in that group to their mailboxes direct.

You can check anothers mailbox by doing F981, ignore the password request and press OTHER, 222XXXX, OK
222 is the ext and X's = the password of that mailbox.

You can also set up a guest mailbox and pass out the password.

All depends what you are trying to do and how.
