Collecting agent in OS4KV7 need help

Dear I amnothere,
I have configured and I am getting FT file while checking in com win
STA-LIST:":CGD:FTFILE",,,M;
i am getting the cdr data in comwin
but when i am checking in assistant by collect now
i am not getting data in collecting agent
I am getting No data
I need your help badly.

Good morning. Just so I can measure where you are, did you start with the first page of the flowchart, and find your way thru each page? Each blue link that you encountered was "clickable", and contains more details. After you click a link, that link should turn green to let you know that you have already seen that link once, but you can click each link as many times as you need.

Is the most recent Hotfix for Assistant/ADP and RMX installed?

Help me understand your COL selections. Which "Input Format" did you choose? AMPM_UV7?
Did you configure a "Translation Group"? Translation Groups are typically not necessary unless you have a special situation.
Which "checkbox(s" did you check: "Collect AM Data", "Collect PM Data", or both?
Did you enter the Node number in the "Generating Node Number" field?

When you selected the "Input Format", did you open that file to see the AMO structure for the corresponding CDR Form Table? The structure of the CDR Form Table should perfectly match the expected Input Format for Collecting Agent. You must use those AMOs in the "AMPM" file to build a new CDR Form Table in RMX. Then be sure to change to the new CDR Form Table in AMO SELG.

If you are under pressure to get this feature working, you must explain that the process is complicated, and usually takes a while to reach perfection!!

I have checked all my setting as per your instruction,but i am not getting the data in asistant collect now.
But the ft file I can explore from comwin.
