Collect value from performance counters about MicroStrategy on Windows

Hi !

I have some problems about the windows performance counters object "MicroStrategy Server Users" and "MicroStrategy Server Jobs".

When i'am connected through the remote desktop using the same account i can't see these counters. When i'am connected directly to the physical machine, i can see the counters.

My goal is to collect value using "NC_NET" which is a solution for windows data gathering managed by nagios. (A famous monitoring solution).

If somebody have already succeed to do a similar thing, i'll be very happy to know how
