I need to develop an app with the following basic requirements:
1. display a graphic on web page
2. allow user to drag and drop an icon on the graphic (alternatively to click somewhere and have a dot or some other marker appear)
3. store the position of the placement
4. allow repeated placements, storing them all
5. later, display the graphic with a collection of all the various icons/dots which had previously been placed by the multiple users.
If anyone knows of any tools or procedures that will help with any part of the above, I'd greatly appreciate hearing about it.
