How do I collect the data from my form into a csv file? I have tried using the formats that are given but can't figure out how to get multiple form submission data into a csv format by using Excel or any other program. I would like each customer's data to be on a seperate line. Fields are typical, first,last,address,city,state,zip, e-mail.Help please.
