Collect for Output problem

Hey there!

I'm having a recurring problem when trying to collect for output.

I'm still running Quark 4.1 on PC and when I try to Collect for Output, it gets to 50% and then crashes...every time.

Does anyone know how to get around this problem?
would appreciate any help,
