Collect Calls Accept - CS1000 7.6

Hello All,

Is there a way to make a single office phone 3904 CS1000 7.6 to be able to accept collect calls?

If so where and how would I program a single phone?

We went to our carrier and they can only do it for the whole PRI.

It's going to be a carrier thing, nothing in the PBX to allow this, it's an incoming call.

The carrier stated they can only do the whole PRI not one number off of the PRI.

Did they lie to us?

I don't know the carrier side of it. Each carrier could be different.
