Collation to support Hong Kong Chinese Character Set

Which collation I should be using if I want to create a database in SQL 2000 to support Hong Kong Chinese Character Set?

I have read BOL before but I was confused by that collation chart because HK SAR should use Tradition Chinese which is 950 but the chart suggests 936 which is PRC Simplified Chinese. Any idea?
