Collating Symposium Reports across 3 Servers

Hi

We have three individual servers that collate telephony information, however each report on Symposium only gives information seprately for each server. I want to find out if Symposium has the ability to calculate all the three severs' information as a total figure? The type of report I want to total is Application Performance reporting.

We are currently having to drop each of the reports into Excel and do the sums in there?

Symposium won't do what you are wanting. Dropping them into Excel really is the simplest approach in my opinion.

Looks like we will have to stick to the current Excel process.

You could setup an SQL server which connects via ODBC to all 3 servers and collects the data via DTS packages.
Be sure you think of all duplicate fields when you're importing all into 1 server....

You can also try to connect to the 3 servers via MS Access. Assuming all tables are identical (which they should be unless they are varying versions), you can run a SQL Union query on the same tables.
