Collate function LJ2200

Hello All
I have a LaserJet 2200dn, on a Netware 5.1 network and W2K machines. The collate function for this and other LJ2200 printers doesn't work, we also have a few 4000 series Laserjets where the same problem sometimes occurs. I have downloaded and installed the latest drivers, any thoughts?
