Collapsing a palette into side tabs

I have just started to use GoLive, and it is really a splendid tool for web design. But it is one easy function that do not work on my PC. In the help senter this functin is explained as follows: "To collapse a palette into side tabs, select the palette’s name and drag it to the left or right side of your omputer screen."

I have tried it many times now, but the tabs will not collape. They just becomes "free tabs," and are dispalyed almost"outside" the screen. Does anybody know if there are settings that must be set before this works?
