I have a report in table design and the first textbox in the row is productid, etc. The rows in my reports are shown blank, since there is no productid, but there are some other textboxes in the row showing some figures. Is it possible not to show any rows where the productid is not shown ? I have made the Shrink properties to yes also in the design view, but it doesnt help

Just to add, actually the rows are blank, but are shown. So my question is how to hide the blank rows

Have you tried playing with MoveLayout/NextRecord/PrintSection? If not, have a look at them in Access help.
