Coldfusion Website Hardware Requirements

Going live in about a month and I was wondering what everybody running their coldfusion site were using and the related $.

For reference:

- I'm going to be using SQL Server 7, Coldfusion 5, and Webtrends.
- Up to 100 concurrent connections
- Alot of dynamic forms

What I'm planning
- 2 Servers; 1 for Webtrends/CF5 and 1 for SQL Server
- 1 GB Ram on both
- Pentium III 1Ghz
- RAID 5 Support

Any suggestions, comments, or commentaries on your own hardware? Include $$'s if possible =)
