ColdFusion queries show only one word from MS Access database

I'm using ColdFusion to fill in form entries in an update database application. Everything is working fine except the following:

When I have a multi word value in a field, the form only displays the first word. I don't think that this is a ColdFusion problem. Does anyone know how to get around it in MS Access?
