We are using Coldfusion MX 6.1, RH Linux 8.0, Informix SE 7.25 and the datadirect technologies ODBC 4.2 driver for informix. We are having difficulty getting the ODBC 4.2 driver to show up in our drop down menu under the CF administrator so that we may set up a DSN. How can we get this driver to show up as a selection. We have the ODBC environment variable set as required by datadirect and it show in the env. We have already tried the native driver from coldfusion but it keeps giving us an error when we try and set it up. It is using default port 1563 should there be another port, could this cause the error for the native driver? Any help with these to issues would be greatly appreciated! thanks
