I am brand new to CF. I installed it on my local machine. I then attempted to move all of the installation files (in to a consolidated directory (also in the Realizing this didn't work- I moved them all back the way they were. Now when I run the administrator- I get this error.

Code:
Could not find the ColdFusion Component CFIDE.adminapi.administrator

Any thoughts?

I have not. Is there another option?

First try to locate where is the CFIDE directory.
Then copy it under your current directory.
They try again.

A question:
Was IIS active when you installed ColdFusion ?

I will give that a try. Thanks.
I'm not sure if IIS was active or not- I did not do the install of CF.
