Cognos security - Problems logging in to IWR Server Admin,Report Admin

Hi Folks,

I have a question on Cognos security Model.

Currently I'm working with Cognos 7.

What happened is I attempted to change the Administrator login for the IWR website via the Access Manager, after successfully changes it at the corresponding namespace. I was able to login. But some how, i can't seems to be able to login to both IWR - Server Administrator and the IWR - Report Administrator.

I however cannot verify that the login was working right before i attempt to change the value previously im Access Manager.

The bottom line is, does anyone knows where does some one changes the login info for the access to the IWR - Server Administrator and the IWR - Report Administrator.

If not then i will attempt to reinstall Cognos on the server.
 
just deinstall the IWR application, reboot and reinstall IWR.

In cognos configuration manager on the server that you have IWR installed there is an area where the adinistrator password is configured. It is seperate from access manager.
 
Have you stopped and restarted the Ticket Server ??


What is the exact error message when opening IWR administration??
