I am trying to interface 3rd party tool - in my case Excel reports with the Cognos Reportnet reporting. I have a bunch of users who have their selection criteria in a complex web of excel formats - these are interconnected to be able to find connected criteria in another excel sheet.
I am looking to be able to spin off Reports in Reportnet against this selection criteria of the users from their excel sheets.
eg, CutomerNumber greater than 56000.00, will be in excel one word in every column of the sheet. And this could be one of several more criteria in the same sheet.
Any ideas thoughts solutions will be appreciated.
