Cognos ReportNet Portal

Hi all,

I have installed Cognos ReportNet and when I try to connect to the portal " I have the following error :
"The Cognos BI server is not available"
"SoapSocketException: Connection refused"

Thanks in advance for your help.

One of two things:

1- The reportnet service hasn't started yet.
2- The Content Store tables weren't created in the database.

Chech the crnserver.log file in the logs directory.
 
Hi flex13,

The problem was that the rollbacks segments of my Content Store were not ONLINE. So Cognos could'nt create tables.
