Cognos PPTS for Windows versus Unix

My company is currently testing Cognos Powerplay Transformer Server 6(Unix) edition. It is on a Sun Solaris SPARC server that has 2 processors and 2GB of memory. We currently run our cubes on a NT Server with 4 processors and 4GB RAM (with PPTS 6). My question is, is anyone else testing the "building cube" process of a Windows server vs. an Unix server? If you are, what are your findings?
