Cognos macro problem

when we double click on the ".mcx" macro file. its says that ".mcx is not a valid imrpomtu report". Actually its not able to read ".mcx" type of file. We got cognos installed on user machines. On some of the machines, it perfectly reads the ".mcx" and runs the macro. however on other machines its not reading the file.PLz help.Thanks

I would suggest that you reassociate the .mcx files with Cognos Script. In other words right click open with etc. I have had problems running .mcx in NT scheduler in the past but just use the .mac instead then
