Cognos Impromptu Scheduler 5.00 27

If you try to print the report from the scheduler to a printer, it does not print. It goes through all the steps as though the report prints, but you get no printout and no errors. You can print to a text file, html file or any other format fine. I did not have a local printer to print to so I was not sure if the problem was with networked printers or printers in general. I would guess if you can't print to any printer that Impromptu would have heard of that and fixed it pretty quickly.
