Cognos Impromptu: "Run" button is disabled for Macros

I am trying to run one of the existing Cognos Impromptu macros by opening the related catalog, selecting the Tools menu item and the Macro option. When I browse to find the macro, the "Run" button remains disabled. Do I need to have certain privileges to run a macro? Any ideas why this my be occurring?

Issue resolved. I had a problem with the installation of the software - the User Workspace folder was missing.
